Welcome to YourRentIntel, LLC ("YourRentIntel," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our rental market intelligence services, website, and applications (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing reports, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Description of Services

YourRentIntel provides rental market intelligence reports and analysis services, including:

• Property rental market analysis and reports
• Rental income projections and recommendations
• Market trend analysis and insights
• Property valuation and investment guidance
• API access for enterprise customers

3) User Accounts and Registration

a) Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

b) Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4) Payment Terms and Billing

a) Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes
• Payment is required before report generation
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

b) Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds are generally not provided for completed reports
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

5) Use of Services and Restrictions

a) Permitted Use

• Use Services for legitimate business and investment purposes
• Generate reports for properties you own, manage, or are considering for investment
• Share reports with your team, clients, or business partners as appropriate

b) Prohibited Activities

• Reselling or redistributing reports without authorization
• Using Services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our technology
• Interfering with the proper functioning of our Services
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

6) Intellectual Property Rights

a) Our Content

• All Services, reports, and content are owned by YourRentIntel or our licensors
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Our trademarks and logos are protected intellectual property

b) Your Content

• You retain ownership of data you provide to us
• You grant us a license to use your data to provide Services
• You represent that you have the right to provide any data you submit

7) Report Accuracy and Disclaimers

a) Data Sources

Our reports are based on data from various sources including RentCast, HUD, U.S. Census Bureau, and other third-party providers. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all data.

b) Investment Advice

Our reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

c) Market Conditions

Real estate markets are subject to change. Past performance and projections do not guarantee future results.

8) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOURRENTINTEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YourRentIntel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10) Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11) Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

13) API Terms (Enterprise Customers)

a) API Access

• API access is subject to rate limits and usage restrictions
• You may not use the API to compete with our Services
• API keys must be kept secure and not shared

b) White-Label Services

• Custom branding and integration services are available for enterprise customers
• Additional terms may apply to white-label implementations

14) Termination

a) Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings.

b) Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for other legitimate business reasons.

15) Dispute Resolution
